Tvastar (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Tvastar mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our services.

By using Tvastar, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

  • Email address — used for account creation and communication
  • Display name — used for personalization within the app

2.2 Astrology Profile Data

  • Date of birth — required for natal chart and horoscope calculations
  • Time of birth — used for precise natal chart calculations (optional)
  • City of birth — used for geographic coordinates in chart calculations (optional)

2.3 Authentication Data

  • Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In tokens — used solely for identity verification; we do not access your Google or Apple account data beyond basic profile information (name, email)

2.4 Payment Information

  • Subscription payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card or payment details.

2.5 Technical Data

  • Device type and operating system version
  • App version
  • Push notification tokens (for delivering notifications you opt into)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information exclusively for:

  • Generating personalized natal charts, daily horoscopes, and lunar calendar data
  • Providing synastry (compatibility) analysis
  • Delivering AI-powered astrological interpretations
  • Sending push notifications you have opted into (daily predictions, lunar day transitions)
  • Managing your subscription and account
  • Improving app performance and fixing bugs

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or behavioral targeting.

  • Personal data is stored on secure servers hosted by Fly.io
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect against unauthorized access

  • Your data is retained as long as your account is active
  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time through the “Delete Account” button in the app’s Profile section
  • Upon deletion request, your data enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore your account
  • After the grace period, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our servers
  • Anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics

8. Children’s Privacy

Tvastar is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us.
