By downloading, installing, or using the Tvastar mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Entertainment Disclaimer
All astrological content, predictions, horoscopes, natal chart interpretations, synastry analyses, and lunar calendar information provided by Tvastar are for entertainment and informational purposes only.
This content should not be considered as professional advice for health, medical, financial, legal, or other important life decisions. Tvastar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any astrological information provided. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on such content is at your own risk.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Promptly update your information if it changes
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
You may sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. By doing so, you authorize us to access basic profile information (name, email) as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
Tvastar offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Details of available plans and pricing are displayed within the App.
4.2 Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
4.3 Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
- After cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers or networks
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
- Share your account credentials with third parties
- Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and astrological interpretations, is the property of Tvastar or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
7. Accuracy of Astrological Data
While we strive to provide accurate astrological calculations based on established astronomical algorithms, we do not warrant that:
- Astrological interpretations will be accurate or applicable to your situation
- Predictions will come true or be relevant to your life
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
Astrological calculations are based on the birth data you provide. The accuracy of your natal chart and related content depends on the accuracy of the information you enter.
8. Account Termination
8.1 By You
You may delete your account at any time through the “Delete Account” option in the App’s Profile section. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.2 By Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
- Fail to pay subscription fees
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis
- We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tvastar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tvastar operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
